These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://embroiderydtfsa.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from EmbroideryDTF SA (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also see our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Who we are

Products and pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Orders and payment
We currently accept payment by EFT and cash on delivery. An order is only confirmed once payment (or payment arrangement, for cash on delivery) has been received or agreed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa and to other African countries. Delivery costs and timeframes depend on your location and the size of your order, and will be confirmed at checkout or, for deliveries outside South Africa, by our team after you place your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, available on the Site. Warranty cover for machines and equipment is as described on the relevant product page or as agreed with you in writing at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, to the extent that it applies to your purchase.
Use of this Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage or disable it. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for maintenance, security or other reasons.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to EmbroideryDTF SA and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view and use the Site normally or as permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
